We can also help with cultural competency training, tailored to your company and your company's needs. Examples include sessions for engineers going to work in Japan and Malaysia teasing out issues before landing so that the engineers literally hit the ground running, with strategies in place to deal with potential issues. Should these issues arise, instead of causing delays and communication difficulties, they can be dealt with calmly and in a culturally sensitive manner. Both entertaining and highly useful, they have been recommended by both the engineers and the management!
